A new edition of the International Outdoor Cooking Championship the biggest gourmet event in Romania, will take place between September the 10th and September the 12th in the parking lot of Polus Center Cluj. The competition addresses both chefs and amateurs.

After the W.A.C.S. from Santiago (Chile) 2010, the gourmet competition organized by ACEEA, was subscribed in the world program of gourmet events licensed by WACS. It was classified as the biggest gourmet-cultural competition from Eastern Europe.

Special guests: The olimpique chefs team from Israel, the Eurotoques Board from Finland, The Gourmet Institute from Cyprus, WACS Continental Directors, the organizers of the BBQ POLAND CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT and other personalities of the world culinary field.

The program of the event:
Friday – the cold dishes competition
Saturday – the open air cooking competition
Sunday – gourmet-culture (gourmet shows)

The guests of the Gourmet Culture project are:
1. Tibi Kiss-Budai, the specialist who will cook simultaneously in a 20 square meters tray, around 200 chickens. After the frying, the chickens will be offered to the audience.
2. Maestro Catana George who will cook a huge Paella, around 180 portions in a tray of 1,5 square meters and a dessert for 200 persons.
3. The Gastro Mithologia team who will cook a recipe from the antique Greek, more precisely from 106 BC.
4. Maestro Fatol Ioan – demo Food for Business People.
5. Melinda Okos – Szilvas Gomboc autentic show: 200 plum dumplings after the traditional recipes.
6. Maestro Petrica Mandru – mediterranean menu
7. Parada Somelierilor – filling with champagne a pyramid made of glasses.
8. Maestro Septimiu Crişan – exotic preparations on a hob
