Polus Center Cluj represents a state-of-the-art urban concept.
The center has been developed by the Hungarian company Trigranit, which is the third largest property developer in Europe and is owned by Immofinanz, the largest listed property company in Austria with a focus on investments in Central and Eastern Europe. The management of the center is ensured by Immofinanz Center Management România SRL, a professional company that also manages three other projects owned by Immofinanz in Romania: Gold Plaza Baia Mare, Maritimo Shopping Center, Constanţa and Euromall Piteşti.
The project has been designed so that it brings together the best retail selection, service offer and entertainment opportunities, in an elegant, clean and safe environment. Polus Center Cluj is the largest Romanian multifunctional complex built on a single level and also the largest commercial centre in Transylvania. The complex aims to reproduce the centre of a city, but under a single roof. Everybody who comes to Polus, children, teenagers, families, will find everything they need. Polus Center Cluj has been developed by the company TriGranit and now it is in the portfolio of the Austrian group IMMOFINANZ.
